What did you observe when the rocks were placed in the vinegar? I observed bubbles (new substance created), there were cracks in the rocks, dust appeared to come off and the rock dissolved
With which rock did you NOT see bubbles? I did not see bubbles with sandstone
Describe the appearance of each rock. Basalt=smooth and rough texture; Limestone= it is a soft rock, slick and light gray; marble; rough and glittery;sandstone is a hard rock and sharp
