| semiconductor | characteristic of metalloid and it means to conduct heat and electricity sometimes |
| brittle | characteristic of non-metal and it means to crumble |
| dull | characteristic of non-metals and it means to have no luster |
| corrosive | characteristic of metal and it means to rust |
| melting | state of matter change when a solid goes to a liquid |
| evaporation | state of matter change when a liquid goes to a gas on the surface |
| freezing | state of matter change when a liquid goes to a solid |
