Refraction 12.light bends when it passes through glass or plastic(clear) that is curved or more dense. Makes the image look different.

Shadow 14.caused by light getting blocked by an opaque object.
Reflection 15.light bounces off of an object that is flat, smooth, shiny or tinted. It causes the object to look the same, only flipped.
