Weathering complete breakdown of exposed rocks
Sediments small pieces of rock that are moved and deposited by wind, water, glaciers, and gravity
Erosion removal and transport by the four main agents (wind, water, glacier, gravity)
Physical Weathering minerals remain chemically unchanged but breaks into smaller pieces
Chemical Weathering occurs when minerals in rocks are dissolved or otherwise chemically changed
