존댓말 Polite language [jon-daet-mal]
Expresses agreement: yes/that's right/I agree Conversation filler: I see/ I'm here/ I got it To show surprise: what did you say? / pardon me? [ne]
아니요 Expresses disagreement: no/ that's not right/ I don't agree [a-ni-yo]
네 맞아요 That's right (More strongly and clearly that you are saying "you're right") [ne, ma-ja-yo]
안녕히 계세요 Stay in peace = Good-bye (if you are leaving and the other person is staying) [an-nyeong-hi gye-se-yo]
안녱히 가세요 Go in peace = Good-bye (If you are staying and the other person is leaving or if everyone is leaving) [an-nyeong-hi ga-se-yo
죄송니다 I am sorry/ I apologize [joe-song-ham-ni-da]
저기요 Over there = excuse me (Would use to get someone's attention or in a restaurant server situation) [jeo-gi-yo]
잠시만요 / 잠깐만요 Just a second (Can be used when passing through a crowd of people instead of using excuse me) [jam-si-man-yo] / [jam-kkan-man-yo]
이에요 / 예요 It's Verb "to be" in korean. If the noun ends in a consonant you add 이에요. If the noun ends in a vowel you add 예요. [i-e-yo] / [ye-yo]
저예요 It's me Order: me it's [joe-ye-yo]
뭐예요 What is it? What's that? [mwo-ye-yo]

이거 This thing / this one / this item Originally from 이것 meaning "this thing" but shortened for easy of pronunciation. [i-geo]
이거 뭐예요 What is this? Order: this what is? [i-geo mwo-ye-yo]
This (Near you adjective) ie. This coffee / this bus / this taxi [i]
That or I (Over there) Used for something that is far away from you and the other person ie. That table over there [jeo]
The/that (Near the other person) Used to something that far from you but close to the other person [geu]
그거 The thing / the item / that one [geu-geo]
저거 That thing over there [jeo-geo]
아니다 To be not / no [a-ni-da]
아니에요 It's not / I am not / you're not
