Osmosis The diffusion of water molecules
Passive Transport The diffusion on molecules that requires NO ENERGY. Small molecules enter/leave a cell through passive transport.
Active Transport The movement of molecules that requires energy from low to high concentration. Large molecules enter/leave a cell through active transport.
