Luster Shiny; the way an object reflects light.
Magnetism ability to attract iron.
Malleability The ability to be pounded into a thin sheet.
Metals Good conductors of heat and electricity. Shiny (luster), malleable, ductile,
Nonmetals Poor conductors of heat and electricity. Dull and brittle.
Metalloids Semiconductors (can sometimes conduct heat and electricity).
