5.) know about ACH receptors two of them at least both respond to ACH- Alpha and Beta receptors respond to EPI and also NEP- all of them respond to EP
6.)next several questions are about what the different receptors do. like the MUS receptors do on the____. (miosis slow down heart rate, urination and defecation, increased GI activities -normal things) Alpha one mydroisis, moving blood form skin and mucous memebranes out there-to muscles - and then stimulating the GI and urinary espinctors shutting down the gi tract taking its blood away and causing its spinsters to close
7.) beta one heart beta 2 air way breathing
Part two of bonus- what illegal drug can be manufactured using pseudoephedrine Bonus: how does pseudoephedrine reduce nasal congestion. Your answer must identify the receptor involved and indicate if it is blocked or stimulated. Receptors (nic, mis, A1, B1,B2) only choose one!
