circuit | a roughly circular line, route, or movement that starts and finishes at the same place. |
open circuit | an electrical circuit that is not complete. |
conductor | is an object or type of material that allows the flow of an electrical current in one or more directions |
transformer | is a static electrical device that transfers electrical energy between two or more circuits |
voltage | an electromotive force or potential difference expressed in volts. |
kilowatt | a measure of 1,000 watts of electrical power. |
static | is the branch of mechanics that is concerned with the analysis of loads acting on physical systems that do not experience an acceleration, but rather, are in static equilibrium with their environment |
