| Esophagus | tube that connects pharynx to stomach |

| Pancreas | makes digestive enzymes (ex. insulin) |
| Small intestine | long tube-like organ where most of the breakdown of food happens |
| Liver | makes bile to break up fat |
| Gallbladder | stores bile |
| Large intestine | stores, compacts and eliminates indigestible material |
| Urinary System | organs that produce, store and eliminate urine |
| Kidneys | organs that clean the blood |
| Nephrons | microscopic filters in the kidney |
| 3 Urinary System Problems | bacterial infections, kidney stones, kidney disease |
| Kidney stones | salts and other wastes collect in kidney to form stones |
