hard hat | a rigid protective helmet, as worn by factory and building workers. |
ear plugs | Definition of earplug. 1 : an ornament inserted in the lobe of the ear especially to distend it. 2 : a device of pliable material for insertion into the outer opening of the ear (as to keep out water or deaden sound) |
respirator | an apparatus worn over the mouth and nose or the entire face to prevent the inhalation of dust, smoke, or other noxious substances. |
vest | a sleeveless, close-fitting waist-length garment worn over a shirt, typically having no collar and buttoning down the front. |
fire retardant jacket | Primary protection refers to flame-resistant clothing that is designed to be worn during activities where the wearer will constantly be exposed to flames, radiant heat and potential molten substance splash. |
face shield | A face shield is a device used to protect wearer's entire face (or part of it) from impact hazard such as flying objects and road debris, chemical splashes (in industry), or potentially infectious fluid (in medical). |
