Midazolam/Versed | Adult: 1 to 2.5 mg slow IV; .07 to .08 mg/kg IM. Pediatric: .05 to .2 mg/kg IV; .1 to .15 mg/kg IM; 3 mg intranasal. |
Naloxone/Narcan | Adult: .4 to 2 mg IV/IM, repeated every 2-3 minutes up to 10 mg. Pediatric: .01 mg IV/IM, repeated every 2-3 minutes up to 10 mg. |
Albuterol/Proventil/Ventolin | Adult: 2.5 mg in 2.5-3 mL normal saline via nebulizer, repeat as needed. Pediatric: .15 mg/kg in 2.5-3 mL normal saline via nebulizer, repeat as needed. |
Thiamine | Adult: 50 to 100 mg IV/IM. Pediatric: 10 to 23 mg IV/IM. |
