Landform A natural feature on Earth's surface
Mountain Area that is higher than the land around it
Topography The shape of landforms in an area
Volcano Mountain that forms as lava flows through a crack onto Earth's surface
Earthquake The shaking of Earth's surface caused by movement of rock in the crust
Deposition Dropping of bits of rock and soil by a river as it flows
Glacier Large, moving block of ice
Fossil Remains or traces of a plant or animal that lived long ago
Fossil Record Information about Earth's history that is contained in fossils
