| Population | All members of one kind of organism that live in a particular area |
| Communities | A group of different populations of organisms |
| Ecosystem | A collection of different communities and the abiotic factors |
| Deforestation | The clearing of forest lands. |
| Ecology | The study of interactions between living things and their enviroments. |
| Tropical Rain Forest | In this biome , Earth receives direct sunlight most of the year, so temperatures are always warm. The climate is also very wet. |
