What is an aggressive customer? a person who complains loudly and at length.
What is a Chronic Complainer? a person who is never satisfied and feels that there is always something wrong
What is a Clietntele the clients of a company or business
What is a Coaching Session? When a manage trains their employees how to properly handle given situations
What is a complaint? A communication from the customer who lists out the flaws after a purchase has been made.
What is Customer Service? It is a company's ability to assist the customer on the supply.
What is a Customer Service Representative? It is the person in a business or company that most often interacts with the customer before and after a transaction has occurred
What is a High-Roller Customer? a person who expects the absolute best and is willing to pay for it generally complains in a reasonable manner.
What is a manager? a person who has control or direction of a company or business
What is a meek customer? It is a person who will generally not complain most dangerous to businesses because they will complain to other people
What is a rip-off customer? a customer who wants to get something they are not entitled to receive often response with a repetitive "not good enough" responce
What is a troubleshoot? It is to determine what problems exist and how to correct them
