| Functions of Muscular System | 1. Helps with movement of the body 2. Helps move materials within the body 3. Helps maintain posture and flexibility |
| Functions of Respiratory System | 1. Moves oxygen from the outside environment into the body 2. Removes carbon dioxide and water from the body |
| Functions of Excretory System | 1. Collects waste produced by cells and removes the wastes from the body |
| Functions of Nervous System | 1. Receives information about what is happening both inside and outside your body 2. directs the way in which your body responds to this information 3. helps maintain homeostasis (balance) in your body |
| Functions of Endocrine System | 1. Produces chemicals that control many of body's daily activities 2. Regulates long-term changes such as growth and development |
