All about the parts of a male/female plant and how they reproduce

| Asexual reproduction | Asexual reproduction is a type of reproduction by which offspring arise from a single organism, and inherit the genes of that parent only |
| Binary fission | a type of asexual reproduction where after replicating its genetic material, the parent cell divides into two equal sized daughter cells. |
| Budding | The development of buds growing on plants |
| Fragmentation/Regeneration | a living thing breaks up or is cut in to different pieces. Then, those piece all grown into a new plant, animal. |
| Sexual reproduction | the production of new living organisms by combining genetic information from two individuals of different types (sexes) |
| Internal fertilization | an egg that is fertilized by a sperm cell with a female |
| External fertilization | a sperm cell fertilizing an egg outside the body. |
| Angiosperms | a flower |
| Anther | a part of a stamen that contains pollen |
| Filament | a threadlike fiber that is found on plants |
| Stamen | the male fertilizing organ of a flower |
| Stigma | the part of the pistil where pollen germinates |
| Style | a slim stalk that connects the stigma and the ovary |
| Ovary | the female reproductive organ in which |
| Pistil | the ovule producing part of a flower |
| Pollination | the transfer of pollen to a stigma ovary, or ovule of a flower. |
