Asexual reproduction Offsprings are created from a single organism (parent) and are exact copies of that parent.
Binary Fission Dividing into two Identical cells
Budding an offspring that grows out of the parents body. Not an equal dividing like binary fission
Fragmentation offspring form out of broken off pieces of the parent
Sexual Reproduction The genetic information from two parents is combined to create off with unique genetic traits
Internal Fertilization Fertilization occurs within females
External Fertilization Fertilization occurs outside the female in a watery medium
Angiosperm Flowering Plants
Anther produces pollen (sperm)
Filament Stalks hold the anther up
Stamen Filament and Stalk (male part)
Stigma Sticky part where the pollen sticks
Style Stalks that supports
Ovary Where fertilization occurs (pollen + egg=Seed), seed are formed, turned into fruit
