Dynamic Earth

TermDefinition
Tectonic plates Big slabs of rock floating between the crust and the mantle.
Tremor A little Earthquake under the ground.
Fault line The edge of the tectonic plates meat.
Seismic waves The energy that the earthquake sends out.
Primary waves The fasts moving waves that can move through solids, liquids and gases.
Richter scale The Richter Scale measures the strength.
