tectonic plates seven large plates that long time ago got splite apart

crust Is were we live on and is the top of earth also the first layer
mantle Is the body of earth and is the 2nd layer
primary waves It is the first signal before the earthquake comes the can go throw anything and is very fast .
secondary waves It is the second wave come it can go throw liquid and bups f gase and solids and are slow
surface waves are big but small waves
liquefraction The fraction of the channel volume that is occupied by the gas phase.
seismograph It measure the highet of the earthquake
Richter scale tells you the about how high the earthquake is in a diffrent ype of numbers
mercalli scale tellls you how much the earthquake was.
primary effects caused by the earthquake
secondary effects a result of the primary effect
pryroclastic flow it is a small the hot lava that flow when a volcano explodes
latitude the angular distance of a place north or south of the earth's equator
longitude the angular distance of a place east or west
