tectonic plates Big slabs of rock floating on the mantle under the crust. witch the contanits are on.
tremor the shaking of the earth when the earthquake happend.
epiecentre .above where the earthquake is ubove ground
hypocentre where the earthquake starts underground
core the very centre of the earth.
crust the outer layer of the earth witch we live on.
mantle the layer under the crust witch is melted rock witch the tectonic plates float on.
Primary waves Faster moving wave .
secondary waves slower moving wave
Liquefaction Water rising to the surface during the earthquake.
