| Thermometer | Instrument used to measure temperature (Different scale include: Celsius, Fahrenheit, and kelvin) |
| Barometer | Instrument used to measure pressure (Different scales include: inches of Mercury or Millibars) |
| Anemometer | Instrument used to measure windspeed (Different scales include: knots or miles per hour) |
| Weather Vane | Instrument used to measure wind direction (Measure direction using compass directions) |
| Sling Psychrometer | Instrument used to measure dew point and relative humidity |
| Relative Humidity | The amount of water vapor in the air at any given time (To calculate relative humidity you need a dry bulb temperature, different in wet bulb and dry bulb temperature, and the E.S.R.T) |
| Dew Point | The temperature at which air must be cooled for water vapor to condense (To calculated relative humidity you need a dry bulb temperature, difference in wet bulb and dry bulb temperature, and E.S.R.T) |
| Station Model | Symbol on a weather map that illustrate all the weather conditions at that location |
