What are Ferrous metal? A ferrous metal is metal that is magnetic or a metal that has Iron in it.
What are non-ferrous metal? A metal that has no Iron or a metal that is magnetic.
What are Alloys? Alloys are mixed metal.
What is an Insulator? A metal that will not allow heat or electricity to flow throug.
What is conductivity? A metal that will allow heat or electricity to flow through it.
Name five non-ferrous metal? Aluminium,copper,Lead,Zinc and Gold.
Name four ferrous metal? Mid steel,High carbon steel,High speed steel and Stainless steel.
Name three Alloys? Brass=(60%)copper+(40%)zinc Bronze=(80%)copper+(20%)tin Solder=(70%)lead+(30%)tin
