Ohms law | I= V/R I = current (amperes) (amps) V= Voltage (volts) R= Resistance (ohms) |
Voltage | a force that pushes the current through the circuit |
Resistance | Force that impedes flow of current through the circuit |
Current | The actual substance flowing through the wires of the circuit |
Series Circuits | A circuit in a row, in only 1 path. If one light goes out the entire circuit breaks. |
Parallel Circuits | A circuit with many paths for electricity , if 1 light goes out , the circuit remains |
