electrical current
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Voltage | a force that pushes through the currents |
| Resistence | friction that impedes flow of current through the circuit |
| current | the actual 'substance' that is flowing through the wires of the circuit (electrons) |
| series circuit | All in a row. 1 path for electricity, and the light goes out ad the circuit is broken |
| parallel circuit | many paths for electricity, light goes out but the others stay own |
| Measuring current | electrical current is measure in amps using an ammeter connected in series in the circuit |
| Measuring volts | its is measured in volts on a voltmeter |
| Ohm's law | I= current(amphers) |
