Organism A living thing
Habitat An environment that provides everything an animal needs to live.
Biotic Factors The living or once living things in an animal's habitat
Abiotic Factors The nonliving things in an animals habitat
Species Organisms that can mate with each other
Population The same species of animals living in one area
Community Different population that live in the same area
Ecosystem Community of organisms and an non-living environment
Ecology The study ecosystems
Birth Rate The amount of animals born per year
Death Rate The amount of animals that die per year
Immigration Moving into a population
Emigration Living in a population
Population Density The number of certain things in an area that is a certain size
Limiting Factors An environmental factor that makes a population stow growing, or decrease in size
Carrying Capacity The biggest population an area can support
