Fuck is it?Fuck it do?
Carbamoyl Phosphate Synthetase2 CO2+Glutamine+ATP-->Carbamoyl Phosphate, regulatory enzyme in euks, allosterically inhibited by UTP, allosterically activated by PRPP
Ribonucleotide Reductase UDP-->dUDP, inhibited by dATP, activated by ATP, blocked by Hydroxyurea, requires Thioredoxin as co-factor
Thymidylate Synthase dUMP-->dTMP, blocked by 5-Fluorouracil
Dihydrofolate Reductase DHF-->THF, blocked by Methotrexate(euk)/ Trimethoprim(prok)/ Pyrimethamine(protozoal)
PRPP Synthetase R5P-->PRPP, uses ATP, allosterically inhibited by AMP/ADP/GMP/GDP
PRPP Amidotransferase PRPP-->5Phosporibosylamine, gives off glutamate, catalyzes rate-limiting step, allosterically inhibited by AMP/GMP/IMP, activated by PRPP
IMP Dehydrogenase IMP-->GMP, inhibited by GMP
Adenylosuccinate Synthase IMP-->AMP, inhibited by AMP
Adenosine Deaminase Adenosine-->Inosine, deficiency=severe combined immunodeficiency[SCIDs] where pt will lack both B&T cell function and will see a build up of dATP= inhibits Ribonucleotide Reductase
