Xanthine Oxidase Hypoxanthine&Guanine-->Xanthine-->Uric Acid, blocked by Allopurinol
Hypoxanthine Guanine Phosphoribosyltransferase HGPRT Hypoxanthine/Guanine-->IMP/GMP, near complete deficiency= Lesch Nyhan Syndrome and will see Hyperuricemia b/c of increased catabolism
