furosemide Lasix
furosemide/Lasix diuretic (loop)

furosemide action: increase renal excretion of water, Na, Cl, magnesium, K+, Ca2+; effective in impaired renal fx; inhibits reabsorption of Na & Cl from loop of Henele & distal tubule
