Continental climate a climate that is not warmed or cooled by the ocean.
Why are some places on Earth warm and others are cold? Temperature is affected by four factors --latitude, altitude, distance from larges bodies of water, and ocean currents
How do prevailing winds affect the precipitation an area experiences? Winds move air mass from one place to another. Depending on where they come from they can have more or less water vapor in them.
