| Reproduction | living things make living things through reproduction |
| Internal Stimuli | internal stimuli is when a living things have a responses inside. Like feelings. |
| Organization | living things have specialized structures with specialized functions. Living things with more than one cell have a greater level of organizations because group of cell work together. |
| Homeostasis | an organism's ability to maintain steady internal conditions when outside conditions change. |
| Use of Energy | living things use energy for all their performances. Living things get their food by making their own food, eating food, or absorbing food. |
| External Stimuli | external stimuli is when a living thing responds to something with a outward appearance. |
| Cell | the smallest unit of life |
| Organisms | something that has all the characteristics of life. |
| Unicellular | a living thing that is made up of only one cell. |
| Multicellular | a living thing that is made up of two or more cells. |
| Response to Stimuli | living things adjust and respond to changes in their internal and external environment |
| Methods of Regulations | when you are outside and it is hot or cold, your body responds. It sweats, shivers, or changes the flow of your blood |
| The Importance of Homeostasis | maintaining certain conditions-homeostasis-ensures that cells can function. If cell cant function well it might get sick and die. |
