What are the main six that make up most (99%) of the human body? Oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus
What are the other five elements that take up the other 1%? Potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, magnesium
What are trace elements? Elements that only have a trace of them in your body, as the elements in a large amount could kill but is also vital to the body.
