Protein Coat: | An outer layer used to protect the virus |
Parasite: | Causes harm to the host. And lives or sticks to the host. |
Host: | Creates energy for the cells. |
Inner Core: | Creates code for the virus or commands for the virus to follow. |
What does a virus use to get past the host? | It used "Key" like things that fit into certain holes or "Locks" to get past the surface. |
What does a parasite do to a host? | It causes it harm. |
What can a virus do to help the body? | 1. Can send vaccines to cure harmed cells 2. Can be a messenger service. |
What can a virus do to hurt the body? | 1. Can cause harm to white blood cells and other cells protecting the body 2. Can spread diseases such as strep throat and a fever. |
What does a host provide for cells? | It provides energy and also can help a cell reproduce. |
