endospore a structure produced by prokaryotes such as bacteria and unfavorable conditions in a thick wall and closes the DNA
pasteurization A process of heating food to a temputaure that is high enough to kill most harmful bacteria without changing the taste of food
decomposer An orginism that gets energy by breaking down waste and dead orginisms and returns raw materiel top the soil and water
