circulatory system does what transports blood to the whole body
respiratory system does what carries gases between the outside air and your blood
The digestive system does what? breaks down food so useful to the body
urinary system does what? helps eliminate wastes
What is the first step of digestion? chewing
what is the esophagus? tube that carries food to the stomach
How are oxygen and carbon dioxide exchanged in the lungs? inhaled oxygen moves from the lungs to the blood in the capillaries, and carbon dioxide moves from the blood in the capillaries to the air in the lungs.
