Nongonococcal urethritis (B) s&s: discomfort, pain, burning on urination, frequent urination
Leptospirosis (B) s&s: conjunctivitis, symptoms may resemble influenza, gastrointestinal distress, encephalitis, jaundice, renal insufficiency
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (B) s&s: fever, chills, malaise, and lower abdominal pain, purulent discharge
Nonspecific Vaginitis (B) s&s: nonirritating, foul smelling, thin, homogeneous white discharge
Chamydial Infections (B) s&s: women: asymptomatic but a yellow exudate may accumulate in the entrance to the cervix. Sometimes there is a vaginal discharge. Men: watery or purulent urethral discharge one to three weeks after exposure
Gonorrhea (B) s&s: painful urination, inflammation of the urethra, and a purulent discharge
Primary Syphilis (B) s&s: marked appearence of a single sore (called a chancre)
Secondary Syphilis (B) s&s: skin rash and mucous membrane lesions
Tertiary Syphilis (B) s&s: formation of soft tumor-like balls of inflammation known as granulomas
Latent Syphilis (B) s&s: difficulty coordinating muscle movements, parlysis, numbness, gradula blindness, and dementia
Chancroid (B) s&s: chancrea on external and internal genitals
Lymphogranulomia Venereum (B) s&s: swelling of the lymph nodes, lesions, narrowing of the urethra, blockage of the lymph vessels
Graniloma Inguinale (B) s&s: painless nodule that soon degenerates into bleeding, tender ulcer
Trichomoniasis (P) s&s: itching, burning, and a frothy creamy yellow discharge
Genital Herpes (V) s&s: primary lesions occur in the cervix, vulva, and vagina in women, but may be followed by lesions on the surrounding skin of the perineum, buttocks, thighs, lesions on the glans penis, lesions are painful, cause dysuria, fever, swelling in groin lymph
Genital Warts (Condylomata Acuminata) (V) s&s: lesions on the external genitals and in the urethra, vagina, and cervix, or in the perianal region
