Elementary and Secondary Education Act All students participate in academic assessments as well as given reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
Americans with Disabilities Act Employers must make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities. People with disabilities must also have equal access to all local and state programs.
Assistive Technology Act 2004 A national website was created about assistive technology as well as funding for programs about technology-related assistance.
