What is the function of the Kidneys? To produce urine.
What is the function of the Ureters? To transport urine towards the urinary bladder.
What is the function of the Urinary Bladder? To temporarily store urine.
What is the function of the Urethra? To Conduct urine to exterior (also transports semen in males).
What does the enzyme 'renin' do? Converts angiotensinogen into angiotensin I, which raises BP.
What is the normal blood osmolarity level? 300 milliosmoles/liter
What is excreted from the body? - organic wastes - urea - uric acid - creatinine
