Clinical features of hypothermia | decreased bdy temp severe shivering (initially) feeling cold, chills pale, cool, waxy, skin frostbite hypotension decreased I and O lack of muscle coordination disorientation drowsiness to coma |
Clinical features of Shortness of breath | chest pain, pain with inspiration (pleurisy), anxiousness, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, cough, wheezing, bloody sputum, neck pain, and chest injury. |
Clinical features of hip fracture include: | Inability to move immediately after a fall / Severe pain in your hip or groin / Inability to put weight on your leg on the side of your injured hip. / Stiffness, bruising and swelling in and around your hip area. |
clinical features of dehydration | Increased thirst Dry mouth Tired or sleepy Decreased urine output Urine is low volume and more yellowish than normal Headache Dry skin Dizziness Few or no tears |
