CALCIUM Most abundant mineral in the body.
PHOSPHORUS Found in Milk, cheese, eggs, meat, legumes, nuts, whole grain cereals, and vegetables.
IRON Carries oxygen in the blood.
IODINE Swelling of the Thyroid Gland. Important sources are seafood, plants found growing near the sea.
SODIUM Maintains proper fluid balanced in the body and helps muscles relax and contract proper.
IODINE Deficiency of this can cause Goiter.
PHOSPHORUS Necessary for building bones and teeth.
IRON Best source are found in meats (especially liver).
