ILIUM Superior and widest portion of the pelvis
ISCHIUM Lower, posterior portion of the pelvis
PUBIS Medial anterior portion of the pelvis
ACETABULUM Pelvic socket into which the ball at the proximal end of the femur fits to form the hip joint
