Precipitation

This will make sure you know how Precipition works.

How does Precipitation start? It doesn't start, it's an endless cycle.
What is the cycle? Even though the cycle is endless, let's start with the lake. The lake is a pool of water in the outdoors with fish or other life forms in it. The sun makes the water evaporate up into the sky and into the clouds.
What happens then? The clouds hold them for as long as they can until they've full. When they fill up until they can't gather anymore water, they let it still out. This is what we call rain. The clouds rain until they are dry. Then, lakes, oceans, ponds, etc form.
What is Evaporation? Precipitation is when the water in a lake, ocean, pond, river, etc. turns into a gas, and because gas is so light it goes upward, it goes right into the clouds to collect.
