Adult (pulse) 60-100 beats per minute
Children- ages 1 to 8 Years (pulse) 80-100 beats per minute
Infants- ages 1 to 12 months (pulse) 100-120 beats per minute
Neonates- ages 1 to 28 days (pulse) 120-160 beats per minute
Respirations Descriptors Normal, Shallow, Labored, Koisy, Kussmaul
Adult Respirations (normal) 12 to 20 breaths per minute
Childrens Respirations- age 1 to 8 years 15 to 30 breaths per minute
Infants Respirations- age 1 to 12 months 25 to 30 breaths per minute
Neonates Respirations- age 1 to 28 days 40 to 60 breaths per minute
Adult Blood Pressure- normal range Systolic 90-140 mmHg, Diastolic 60-90 mmHg
Children Blood Pressure- ages 1 to 8 years Systolic 80-110 mmHg, Diastolic 60-90 mmHg
Infants Blood Pressure- ages 1 to 12 months Systolic 70-95 mmHg, Diastolic 60-90 mmHg
Neonates Blood Pressure- ages 1 to 28 days Systolic >60 mmHg, Diastolic 60-90 mmHg
Pulse Oximetry- Normal Value: 95 to 100%, Treatment: None or Placebic
Pulse Oximetry- Mild Hypoxia Value: 91 to 94%, Treatment: Give Oxygen
Pusle Oximetry- Moderate Hypoxia Value: 86 to 90%, Treatment: Give 100% Oxygen
Pulse Oximetry- Severe Hypoxia Value: <85%, Treatment: Give 100% Oxygen w/ positive pressure
