The Solar System BP

Mercury The planet closest to the Sun. Currently, it is the smallest planet.
Sun A huge star in the center of the universe.
Venus A very gaseous planet that is second closest to the Sun.
Earth The third planet closest to the Sun. The surface of it is about 75% water. This is the planet that currently only as living life forms. (As far as we know.)
Mars The "red planet". Ice and fossilized life forms have been found which could mean there was previously life on it.
Jupiter The largest planet. There have been storms raging on it for many, many years!
Saturn The second- largest planet and the sixth from the Sun. It has many rngs around it making it a beautiful sight.
Uranus The seventh planet from the Sun. It is actually tipped sideways.
Neptune The eigth (and final) planet. It has four rings.
Comets Small, fragile, and irregularly shaped bodies composed of a mixture of non-volatile grains and frozen gases.
Asteriods Rocky and mettalic objects that orbit the sun, but are too small to be called planets.
