| cave | a large underground chamber, typically of nature |
| erosion | the moving away of sediments |
| stalactite | finger like formations formed by slow deposition that builds from the ceiling |
| renewable | can be made again and again |
| deposition | sediments deposited to a new place |
| glaciers | a large moving body of ice that drops minerals |
| waves | a ridge of water that moves across water changing the coast line, transporting sand and making beaches |
| tsunami | a giant wave caused by an earthquake under the ocean |
| nonrenewable | once they are gone they are gone forever |
| wind | this can move sand dunes and carve out arches and hoodoos |
| sand dunes | a mound of sand deposited by blowing wind |
| desert arch | formed by wind by picking up sand and blasting a hole in the rock |
| weathering | the wearing away of sediments by water, waves, wind and ice |
| delta | a large flat area of land at the mouth of the river created by deposition |
| canyon | a deep valley caused by a a river flowing through it |
| landform | a natural feature found o the Earth's surface |
| stalagmite | finger like cave formations formed by slow deposition that build up from the ground |
