Blood Typing
| Term | Definition |

| Type A blood | Contains A antigens and B antibodies |
| Type B blood | Contains B antigens and A antibodies |
| Type AB blood | Contains A and B antigens and no antibodies |
| Type O blood | Contains no antigens and A and B antibodies |
| Universal Donor | Type O (no antigens so can enter any blood type undetected) |
| Universal Receiver | Type AB (no antibodies so can allow any blood type in) |
| These blood types can receive Type A blood | A and AB |
| These blood types can receive Type B blood | B and AB |
| These blood types can receive Type AB blood | AB |
| These blood types can receive Type O blood | A, B, AB, O |
