organells

QuestionAnswer
nucleus the nucleus is the control center of the cell.
vacuole vacuoles store water, nutrients, and wastes
mitochondrion mitochondrion release the energy stored in food.
cytoplasm cytoplasm fills most of the cell outside the nucleus. organells float in cytoplasm.
endoplasmic reticulum the endoplasmic reticulum moves materials throughout
ribosome ribosomes produce proteins for the cell.
cell membrane the cell membrane holds parts of the cell together and controls the movement of materials into and out of the cell.
chromeosome string like structure in a sell nucleus and carries info controlling all the cells activities.
nuclear membrane protects the nucleus.
cell wall the cell wall gives the cell strength shape and support and lets water get in and out
chlorolplast the chlorolplast has chloralphyll that gives the plant green and drops the energy and sunlight
