crest The crest is the highest point of a wave
trough The trough is the lowest point of a wave
wavelength The wave length is the length of two points in a wave, between the two troughs or the two crests
frequency number of waves that pass through in a certain period of time
amplitude The height of a wave
transverse waves A wave that goes up and down
light Light is energy that you can see
reflection light can bounce off certain objects
refraction the bending of light waves as they enter a new medium
color spectrum different frequency's of light
