When its cold outside, what do your muscles do to keep you warm? They shiver by constantly contracting and relaxing to keep you warm
What system does the muscualar system work with to move the body? Skeletal System
What two things does a pair of muscles do to move your body? Relax and Contract
Skeletal muscles work in.... Pairs
What are the two types of muscles? Voluntary and Involuntary
What are the two type of involuntary muscles? Smooth (intestines) and Cardiac (heart) muscles
What is the type of voluntary muscles? Skeletal (arms)
