コーヒー. Coffee (extremely casual).
コーヒーを ください。 Coffee, please. (more casual)
コーヒーをお願いします。 I'd like a coffee. (formal)
コーヒーをもらおうかな. I think I'll have coffee.
コーヒーに します。 I'm going to decide on coffee. (more assertive)
コーヒーに しようかな。 Maybe I'll have coffee. (more polite)
少々, お待ちください Please wait a moment. (super polite - said by server when speaking to customer)
お 待た せいた しました. We have kept you waiting. (more polite)
もうしわけ ございません. We are very sorry. (super polite)
すみません。_________ は まだ です か。 Sorry. (whatever you ordered) not yet?
すみません。 これ、 ちがっているん です けど。 Sorry, this, is different but...
これ は___________ に さかなが 入って います か。 Is this (ingredient) entered in the fish dish?
これ は 何が 入って います か。 What ingredient is in this?
ご いっしょ です か。 Are you together? (indirect way of asking by the cashier if one is paying for both meals)
いいえ、 べつべつ に して ください。 No, please separately. (when replying you are paying separately)
コーヒー はアイスに なさいます か。ホットに なさいます か。 Would you like iced coffee? Would you like hot? (most polite) (Need two sentences when asking someone to choose between two choices)
チキン カレーです か。ビーフ カレーです か。 Is it chicken curry? Is it beef curry? (less polite)
アイス コーヒー と ホット コーヒー が ございます。 Iced coffee and hot coffee, there is. (super polite) (when offering between two choices)
コーヒーと 紅茶が あります。 We have coffee and tea. (less polite)
ビールとワインと コーラが あります。 We have beer and wine and cola.
