Verb Tenses

What is a regular verb? A verb that forms past and past participle by adding -d or -ed
What is an irregular verb? A verb that forms past and past participle in some other way other than adding -d or -ed
What is a participle? It is a form of a verb that can be used as an adjective, ends in -ed (Past) or -ing (Present)
What are the 4 principal parts of verbs? 1.Base Form (to)= present or infinitive 2.Present Participle (-ing) with "to be"3.Past (one word) -d/-ed4.Past Participle (has/have + -ed/-d)
